Aren’t the 2018 colors for the jacket the most accurate versus the 2021 jacket before the color fades in the wash?

I like to think so, but the spray-on blue is still very strange.

Yes. The 2018 jacket had some sort of blue spray. It washed out very easily. It was gone after one wash on mine.

It would be really helpful if anyone here who has multiple versions of the Headgoonie jacket to take pictures of them next to eachother in bright white light. That would solve the color confusion

They are already working on a fix for the denim color. The main part. If they use the 2021 blue for the shoulders and pocket flaps they will be all set. It was a 99% match.

That is a recent picture they have shown. If it is the correct type and weight and they are able to use their industrial chemicals to fade it, it will be perfect. That purple/blue color is a very good match to what Guess used.

That's Emma's jacket. It used to be a standard blue/leather version but she has modified it to be a movie replica.

Things are indeed looking good so far. This iteration they have received the most help from outside sources. I don't believe any other year they have made this jacket they have relied on fan contributions.
