Hummm... Going to have to see the trailer again. The only thing that bugged me was the trailer looked to clean. Meaning film or cameras they used. I hope some one knows what I mean. Or to colorful... B)

That looked amazing! Just hoping they didn't cram all the best parts into that trailer. Nonetheless, this at least HAS to be better than AVP1 at least here's hoping. Creatures look great tho nice slim pred and I'm lovin' that whip! B)

I'm mixed on it. I liked what I saw but think I saw to much lol. I like to be suprised when going to see a movie and I think this have away a little much.

I am excited either way. Just keeping the Predator in the theaters is enough for me.

I did think it alittle clean and colorful, and definite contrast to the other films. Maybe that will be there intent, enough with the dark shadows, waiting to show the creatures, etc. etc. Hopefully, they will just make a really cool action/sci-fi film and extend the genre without rehashing ideas from seven other movies.

Yup, he put the blades through.
Well......the stuff I saw in a few minutes of this trailer equals more than the stuff I saw in the whole of AVP. I like what I saw very much, and my outlook on the film has gone from melancholy to cautious optimism. Outwardly it certainly has all the right elements. I love the return of the skinned corpse and the signature eye flash on the bio. The new weapons were really nice, Indiana Jones, you've got competition with that bullwhip! SHHWEEET!

The only thing I am really concerned about is what Andrew keeps saying, "Can't we have the hero predator prevail just once without him being killed off? I keep reading in all these insider pieces about the film how there's only one predator. That being true, looks like our guy is toast---they never should have released that photo or showed that chest piercing in the trailer--leave it as a surprise.

As I suspected, the release of a trailer went a long way to assuaging some of the misgivings we had. Let's hope the rest of the film is equally enthralling. B)

why are many folks out there so sure that the scene showing the predator being skewed by the predalien is indeed the "end" scene ?
is it possible that the scene depicts the last few preds battling with the predalien after the ship lands on earth ?
is that a possibilty ?
it seems strange to me that the end of the film would be shown so blatently in the trailer.
i think the filmmakers have a few surprises in store for us,and judging by what the trailer shows,..........the predator is back.....yep,........he's back !!
im sold !!

the trailer seems to re-install all of the classic predator behaviour we fans want to see.
it would be commercial/financial suicide for the filmmakers to show the demise of the characters in the trailer.(even film students learning the trade know this)
i have more faith in the strauss bro's than to believe they would make such a major mistake.
love the double head shot,and the shuriken skewer.........looks like the pred is not gonna be teaming up with the heroes this time........lol B)

That was crazy, most of it I really liked! Still not entirely sold on the dual cannon setup - or the whip, but I really dig the damage they can do. B)

The "normal" pred vision's back to the blue background which I reckon looks really nice. Just watched the shuriken bit again Carl, cause it didn't make sense to me either. Most of the people running behind her are armed, and she's got a gun...

The tail didn't seem to go quite centered through his chest - it looks low and to his left so hopefully that's just a collapsed lung, and not the end spoiled right there. hehe

I'm with Carl... Really liked the signature eye flash in the bio and the skinned body. And like Dan said, that forest scene with the facehuggers looked more like a Disney movie... Lighting was weird... very sound-stagish. But overall... Really liked what I saw... Looks like lots of action. Can't wait to get a better look at the suit, armor and toys.

Does anyone else have a strange sort of lag while playing the HD trailer?? It skips and drops frames, obviously....like the one with the double head shot and all B) I'm like, what shuriken??

Maybe a reboot will fix this... damn Windows

Looks like a pretty cool amalgamation of everything I would want to see. I guess they had to show the hybrid as everyone expects it, wasn't there talk of the medi-kit appearing again, perhaps Wolf uses it after being speared by the tail?
