Should I NOT expect to get the hook by Halloween then?

Were you intending on using this replica for cosplay? Personally I wouldn't have the guts to use it for that purpose, risking it to get scratched or damaged by doing so...

Also, if you really needed a hook for Halloween, it's not wise to put your money on such a complicated prop that's not ready yet, I'd say... If you needed a hook for Halloween, you should have looked for a finished one that was ready to ship. Not one that is under development and where the creator never gave a date about the finishing of the prop...

People have done the pan sword... I have never seen a completely accurate metal hook ransom dagger

I'm actually having a replica being made of the mini sword Hook keeps up his sleeve during the final battle. I'm going to post a thread on here of it once I get it.
