Actually, the Hellbugs and the Gulanite posters are not fan made. They were official promos created for the show. I've seen them around the time of the show's release for the first season.
I've snagged some of the signage pics from the auction. By the way they look, they look like they are made from foam core or corrugated plastic.

Thanks for the heads up CB, I've edited my post.
By the way, I've been meaning to ask you, how did you come across those Twitter feeds? Did you do a search or follow a link? I ask because I'm always looking for new search tips.
Thanks for that CB, it really does help.)
The game’s community still has a heartbeat too. There are users who are not only reverse engineering the original game to try to get it to run again (so far, the game world is accessible once more), but are also plan to remake the game using the game assets a new game engine. And, I too have the show downloaded onto my iPad so I can watch it whenever I’m at work if I get bored watching something else.I still have this show bookmarked on my Android Box along with The100 and Falling Skies. Defiance is still one of y favourite shows to revisit.
Never realised there was a game version or I may have looked into it.The game’s community still has a heartbeat too. The show and game was a transmedia experience, where you could view the show and play the game. Both the game and show had crossover events, often with characters and situations crossing over. For example, when players started the game, they are first introduced to Nolan and Irisa on board a Stratocarrier that is leading all Arkhunters into the Bay. They steal a Libera-Nova gem from a local crime lord Varus Soleptar (who is one of the many factions in the San Francisco area) and they leave the Bay in their episode mission. One week later is when the events of the show’s pilot episode occurs, which Nolan and Irisa uses the gem to get the terrasphere from the show’s first arkfall (which is used to help save the town from destruction by the Volge. Another example is the character of Ryan. She starts off in the show, then shows up in the game for a couple of missions (one of them involving Hellbugs, which ties into the show‘s Hellbug episode) and then returns back to the show. Another Episode mission took place during the plague episode of Season 1 (in the show, Yewll mentions getting in contact with a colleague in the Bay, and that they’d be using an ICBM to develop the cure. In the game, you get to hear that message and help local Indogene doctor Erin Niden secure the ICBM and get the plague cure launched to Defiance).Never realised there was a game version or I may have looked into it.
Welcome to the RPF, RX. As you've probably noticed from my many replies here, I am a fan of both the show and the game (which unfortunately closed down back in 2021). I also own four different screen used/production made items from the actual show (no election cards, just a map of the town). I'm glad to see the show is still finding an audience despite how it was cancelled after three seasons and the game being gone. I also copied the lore of the show and game that was originally on the long defunct Defiance website, which you can view here if you'd like to. I hope you continue to enjoy your time here at the RPF.I just finished a re-watching of this & loved every minute of it. I have a thing for fictional elections so it's wonderful to see high res scans of these! I'm going to see if I can get them printed in high quality card
