Deadpool & Wolverine Movie (DP3) Suit

Only issue with shots from the movie, I find, is that there's a possibility it might not be Ryan Reynolds in the suit, and could possibly be a stunt man, which might have a different boot. That being said if it's a really good shot of the boots, it's possible it could still be identified as one of these. Should be noticeable in theory lol

Stunt Boots are the Danners which have no heel, so it's reasonably easy to spot.

If anyone needed further confirmation. These were purchased from Dick’s last week. Can’t say if S3s with the X pattern sole are the newest version and these are old stock or if this is now the current sole and the x pattern shown on the listing page is outdated. Either way, combined with a pic of the Hot toys figure, also confirming the side zipper, I’m satisfied these are the hero boots.

I don’t know what I’m doing lol, but I took a shot at these. I’m a decent painter. I usual buy others kits and go from there, but these seemed like something that needed to be formed to the individual foot/boot.

I used some sheets of kydex and an industrial heat gun. Lots of sanding and grinding, so that each segment was beveled against one another. They will look better once permanently attached (and a foot is inside) and the boots have been worn for a few weeks, but I wanted to get opinion on the shape.

I have to redo the heal, it’s a bit small and doesn’t come around far enough. Gotta add that border around the pieces, too.

Clearly no one cares lol, but here’s what I ended up with. My suit is gonna be based off the final battle with claw marks in the mask ect, so I went extra grungy.

Does anybody know if these Gun Holsters are custom made or off the shelf holsters?
