Black shoe polish (which is what I believe they used for the film coat as well) for the faux shearling and fuller's earth for the jacket itself.
Fantastic. Out of curiousity, what exactly did you do? I’m assuming you used shoe polish for the “dirty” look, but did you physically distress the shearling as well? I could be mistaken but it looks a bit roughed Up as well as discolored. I might just opt in for the “roughing up” without the “dirty” discoloring.
You can use a hard bristled brush (those metal combs used for dogs would work well too) to pull the fibers of the faux shearling for a more distressed look.

Yes, just shipped a few more out. Unfortunately one of our head jacket tailors had some family issues and is taking some leave, but will be back on the 15th. This will delay many orders, unfortunately.

I really need to get my tape measure out...and soon.
Update:I did get my tape measure out and dammit,I don't think I was born to be a tailor.Ever try to get measurements and come out with 3 different answers 3 different times?
Problems compounded by a fat Labrador trying (managing)to climb aboard your coat as you just got it laid out nice and 'flat'.(they don't lie flat)...
I want to get one of these so very much ,but I'm afraid I'll balls it up :facepalm

No joke! Before placing my coat order, I took my measurements four times, and measured three separate well-fitting jackets I own. Even after all that I was still worried the measurements I was providing would somehow be wrong. :lol

''And bam just like that.'' makes it sound instantaneous. I've wrestled with this for a week now..but I think I got there in the end. If the measures are out I'll just try and become the appropriate shape to fit into it...I'ts just too good.
