Okay folks, it's all finished now. All the parts are glued and painted. The chrome has lost a little luster since I first sparyed it, but oh well. I was going with a dirtied up look anyway. I brushed a little grey/black/sliver into the recesses and edges then wiped it away to leave that quickly cleaned look.
But anyway, on with the pics!
Close up shot of the LED's and the control box.
Close up of the greebles on the top. It's not too visable, but the rivet has concentric rings on it which make for a cool look. You can also see the O-rings on each side of the band.
A close up of the shroud and emitter plate. I dry brushed black, orange, and blue to simulater heat discoloring and dirt.

Here we have a shot of it along side the Vader ESB. I think it gives a decent size comparison.
And, last but not least, a little photoshop fun.
I think it turned out quite well myself. It was a fun build for the most part and a good learning experience. A worthwile additon to my hand made saber collection.
