The reason I figured food first is because from the time we figure out how many we'll need to the actual delivering, then devouring, easily an hour.

At least that way, after everyone's stuck around to eat, we can do the group photo, then wrap up with the raffle.

I didn't want to do the group photo to early...or too late.

I'm totally open to change this if we all agree.

Folks, please chime in on this schedule.

BTW, anyone besides Dr_Slurpee, who wants to come by the hotel Friday night to help set up, PLEASE let me know...because you may not need to.

We already know the number of tables required, plus we will have extras on hand. I've got my buddy Nick coming with me, as well as John.
So I'll have enough help.
Also, when the tables are all set up, I will take photos and post them.

If you'd like to come by Friday night, I won't stop you, but there just may not be much to do. Dr_Slurpee and I can arrange the tables to spec.

For drinks and such, we'll probably just go and buy some right around the time we order the pizza. That way the drinks can stay cool because I"m not bringing a cooler. We did it like that last year. My brother and his wife will probably make a run to the convenience store down the street.

Yeah, good idea on that. I know there is front row parking literally outside the entrance. We'll see how many spots are available first thing in the morning.

Also, I forgot to mention, I have a fat stack of PARKING PASSES that I will have available for anyone driving in. Just be sure to ask me for one in case I forget to mention it.

Yeah, kind of.
They gave them to me last year, but because there's virtually no enforcement, we didn't need to use them.

The lady who helped book the room(Jennifer) just gave me a stack about 3 weeks ago and said just to give them out...in case...

Have them park taking up the parking spaces across from the door. People will want to pull up to the door itself to unload their props!

I think there's a Pizza Pizza across the street in strip plaza near Sheridan Mall.

I'm ok with pizza
