You can add GMProps and JeffreyMorren as attending. We will be there. I will bring some of my electronics to show off.

Hmm. might have to look into seeing if a smaller adjacent room may be free that weekend.
Just a reminder that if anyone is free Friday June 1, I'll probably be at the hotel after 5pm to start setting up the tables.
Table space is now scarce!
I would strongly recommend all exhibitors to give Dr_Slurpee(John) a head's up to confirm your table space, especially for those who might be bringing 'lots' of stuff.

I know many of us are already champing at the bit in anticipation of seeing other people's collections.
Most of you already know that a layout has been posted.
Dr_Slurpee did an excellent job with layout and it looks simple, but guaranteed, it's gonna be crowded.
The more stuff you feel like bringing, go right a head.
As long as you can fit it in your car and on your table.
Raffle Prizes
The prize list is going to be revised over the next couple of days. Thanks GMPROPS for your generous donation. We have some excellent prizes so far. I think all winners will be getting an awesome score!
For the sake of keeping track of everything, we'll keep the raffle prizes sorted out by value, highest to lowest(no offence).
By the way, I won't hesitate to say it, the top 2 prizes are pretty heavy!

Dr_Slurpee has been good enough to update the current floorplan and it will be posted later this evening. We're quickly running out of space so hopefully most exhibitors have already been considered, plus the new additions we've had recently.
I'm inquiring with the hotel to see if another smaller room may be available, just in case we get a little cramped.
I am working on having an ad placed in Now Magazine as the date is drawing ever so close.
Advance Admission
I'm not sure who would go for this, but I'm considering making it possible for anyone to pay the regular admission in advance just because it may get a little hectic on the day of.
Anyone interested in doing this, just let me know.

Custom name tags are for RPF members.
At least that was the idea anyway.
The tags say RPF, that's why they were reserved for members.
We're going to have separate tags for guests.
However, due to Jeffrey Morren's fine work on the tricorder, I'm sure we can make him a custom tag.
But Jeff is a member of the RPF. He just does not post a lot. His name here is literally JeffreyMorren. He is in the membership directory.
