I tell you I have had enormous respect for Robin and it has grown by leaps and bounds over the past few days.

And if Mel is worth $900 million and Nicolas Cage is worth $38 million, why is Nick Cages $20 million dollar house in foreclosure? These numbers are generated by these peoples publicists! C'mon people, don't believe the hype!

To those who are playing apologist for Mel here because you have said similar things in the heat of an argument... good luck with your doomed marriages: the clock is ticking.

Personally I haven't given any project of Mels a single penny since I fist saw this sickening piece of **** cash grab back in 2004 or so.

Pretty tacky, but then again that movie was essentially torture porn, my buddies all refer to it as 'The Smashin". That pendant reminds me of an old Bill Hicks comedy routine about the crucifix. It went something like this:

"Do you think if ***** came back he'd ever want to see someone wearing a cross? That'd be like going up to Jacquelaine Kennedy wearing a rifle pendant, "Just thinkin of John Jackie, Just thinkin of John".

And obviously I can't post links because nothing about this story is work safe, but someone took the quotes from his rants and superimposed them on pictures of cute kittens, I nearly died laughing when I read them with the kittens pouncing on balls of yarn in the frame, why its' so funny I don't know, but that was a hoot.

As a Christian, I was very moved by the film and didn't see it as "torture porn". I wouldn't expect everyone to understand, though.

Comparing the crucifixion to the Keneddy assassination, and the reasons a person would choose to wear a cross pendant, indicates a huge lack of understanding, or a desire to make a cheap joke. Probably both.

I thought Fury Road was already being made without him...

Not for nothing - I think he's an A$%#@!# - but there are some reports coming out about the tapes being doctored/edited, and apparently his girlfriend denies releasing them.
