What is the linear measurement of the superman returns belt? So I can determine if it will fit my waist or not

$100 - Batmobile steering wheel centerplate and bat. Steering wheel not included, but if you need one, let me know.

These pieces were designed to match what was seen in the 89 cars. The center bat is not attached. Lines up with the holes in the Mountney steering wheel perfectly.
