I haven't made it, I am working in the Season 1 suit. It seems though to be some pipes to hold the clubs that are just thinner in the edges. I can't post a picture until later but there is a picture of DD standing facing the camera and the holster is seen pretty easily.

I printed a season 2 mask of a file off thingiverse. I still have a good amount of cleanup to do but loving it for my mancave.

Did you end up having to use a ton of supports? I don't want to print a hollow dome shape and use half my filament on it!

The file thats on thingiverse is in multiple pieces which makes it easier to print without using a ton of supports.

Thanks, I have started printing it in PLA, but I won't be able to put it together until NEXT Thursday!
That's awesome!! I watched this video a little while back. The putting the plastic from a soda bottle over the eyes was such a help for making the helmet lenses

Glad I could help! I'm trying to find a better solution for the eyes at the moment. Maybe a red Mountain Dew bottle haha

oh man I know how that goes. The anticipation of assembling can be worse than waiting for it to print.

Don't think it has been posted, but the arm guards look flexible on the red suit. They of course aren't supposed to be but probably aid in Cox and his double's flexibility. You can see it on HIS left arm (your right) in this picture.

Hey Everyone! Haven't posted in this thread in months, but I have an update! I decided to by Costume Replica Cave's DD base suit from their Facebook page a while back. I got it in today and its GORGEOUS! Its made of perforated leather and is heavily padded. It costs a pretty penny($650 USD), but its worth it! I'll obviously be remaking the accessories from Season 2, but the season 1 accessories aren't that bad. I know there was someone on here who was molding the upgrade pieces, but I haven't seen them post anything else. Hopefully they become available soon since I'd love to buy! More to come!

They're still pretty expensive for not-quite-right pants - a good option with the right "feel," but I just wanted to make sure you're aware you're not paying for the accurate pants as seen on the show:
