It looks like a vince in my opinion which, to the best of my knowledge, is not in the second film. To be honest I feel like the whole wardobe transition would be a lot smoother if they showed him wearing it near the beginning of the movie.

The Vince shows up in a surveillance photo from Oscorp (obviously just a still from the first film) but I think it's likely we'll see it at least once since his backpack appears briefly at the beginning.

In the first amazing spider-man does anyone know what kind(brand?) of long sleeve navy/white thermal t-shirt peter parker wears? It has white stitching on the hem, forearm sleeves, shoulders, and around the arms. I have not been able to find a match to this. I saw some similar thermals on amazon.com but they did not have the white stitching on the forearms and the size ran too big. If anyone knows where I could find this I sure would appreciate it.

P:S One other thing, what is the color of the thermal t-shirt peter parker wears with his Einstein t-shirt? It looks like a really dark Charcoal heather but I haven't found a match for it yet.

Found this at H&M, not screen accurate to the Club Monaco bag, but pretty close for the low, low price of $35.

I swear this movie has been a bad influence on me lately. I have almost completely Peter Parker'd my wardrobe.
I got my einstein shirt in the mail today and bought the navy thermal and cut holes in the thumbs last week

Well you have to remember that it is just a movie after all. Of course we know that in the movie he has the original Vince jacket and one dyed black for his vigilante costume/meeting Dr. Connors/Skateboard scene. But in the movieverse it could very well be another jacket that Peter got at the thrift store or something.
But long story short, in the movie he wears 2 Vince jackets, one army green and another dyed black.

If you're talking about the one he wears under his brown shirt during his dinner with the Stacy's scene, the closest I've been able to find is this one
