The Amazing Spiderman (Reboot) Costumes and Wardrobe

I asked for it If you go back on the forum it says somewhere the Vince in the film had camo lining

Really? Well, whoever said that must've been hallucinating.

The lining is most definitely a blue color.

Yes, the actual vince coat does in fact have camo lining.

The production team obviously modified the coat, as the fabric near the button snaps of the wrists as well as the lining have been dyed an indigo color. If you look closely at those screen grabs, you can see it's still camo, but dyed blue.

Woah, you're right. I really didn't notice that.

Guess we should be asking CosplaySky for a faded, blue, camo-type-lining then?

I may replace the hood as they didnt listen and made the hood the same material as the jacket. Does anyone know how easy it is to put your own drawstring inside a jacket I may one day add it I have a seamaster friend who does things cheap she didn't do my Spiderman suit as it terrified her lol but basics she can do fine :)

Just ask them to do it in blue camo instead when you order cosplaysky will change whatever you want just be incredibly precise or you get a mix up like mine have long hood drawstrings and no inner drawstrings

Does anyone know for sure if the straps on the backpack are cotton or nylon?

I purchased some nylon straps and have been weathering them up with sand paper & a wire brush but compared to some of the screen used backpack pics I am beginning to think they are actually cotton straps?

Any info is greatly appreciated :cool

well dude if you look at the pics of the bag from the time square toys r us display that could give you a helping hand, but in all honesty im not too sure on what they're made of.

Yea that was the pics I was looking at. I even watched a youtube video a guy recorded of the display. I know the straps I have will work, but sometimes I like to get picky and want things to be as accurate as possible lol. Maybe a hair more weathering to darken up my straps just a tiny bit and I should be fine. The lighting plays major tricks on colors :behave
