The actor specifies in his post that this was done as an acting exercise, so it does not appear in the show and was just done on his own. Very cool to see, but non-canon unfortunately,

Thanks to ribeiroorafael and his friend (who scanned the files), I can now add the Secret Russian Content to my Doctor Collector Box:
And here are the files slightly cleaned up (mostly the envelope and Yuri's pilot card) and the Key Blueprint stitched together:
The envelope should be printed on a thicker paper (around 150-180 gr); the flat file measures 262 x 424 mm, while fully closed it is 232 x 172 mm. The second file have some extra flaps and can be printed on 3 pages of A4 or LTR paper.
Yuri's Pilot Card can be made using the template printed and glued on a thicker cardboard, then cut along the contour; the middle lines are for folding. The cover is then glued centered on the cardboard and the extra material is cut, glued and fold to the inside of the card:
(Note that these images are from the Loki thread about the making of the Official Handbook replica)
The Inside print is then glued again centered to the inside of the card. The finished card measures 210 x 74 mm when opened.
The Key Blueprint stitched together with minimal cleaning. Some of the writing and details are crispier, but some areas are blurry or lo-res. I don't know if the file is that way or in the scanning process the image had suffered some changes (maybe UnusualWizardry can confirm this on most files from the Secret Russian Content):
This blueprint has only 150 DPI, but a better version can be downloaded from my Google Drive along with the other files (the envelope is also in better resolution, not necessarily better quality) ==> Secret Russian Content - Google Drive. The size of the blueprint is around 550 x 392 mm.
And the pages of Hopper and the Demogorgon (higher DPI in the shared folder):
These should be printed on a standard A4 (297 x 210 mm) on both sides.

By accident, I have found the original Pocket Signal Disk seen in season 2, more exactly a for sale link on WorthPoint (citing eBay as the source of the actual sale - Oct 17, 2016 ==> https://www.worthpoint.com/worthopedia/1914-international-morse-code-1835124222); most likely it was bought by the production team:

In this post I will focus on Nancy's room. Photos of Nancy & Barb from the wall shrine:
The 1st 2 photos can be found at low to medium resolutions in B/W, but none of them show the full photo or have some glare on them:
These sources were used to create the full photos, slightly cleaned up, then run it through Topaz Photo AI; the base colorizing was made with HitPaw Photo Enhance:
While not perfect, it is a good starting point. I used my trusty old program (Jasc Pain Shop Pro 7) to make all the necessary color adjustments:
The 3rd photo was recreated using the clone brush tool (from my old program), but not before it was enhanced in Topaz Photo AI:
The Halloween photo have 100 x 80 mm, while the sunglasses photos have 95 x 80 mm.
The Nancy and Barb photo strip was recreated using 3 photos found online (most likely the same used by UnusualWizardry in one of his awesome posts), while the 4th one was made from a screencap with the magic of Topaz Photo AI. While the 1st photo is not correct (the original can be seen in very low res in the 1st photo strip screencap), just like UnusualWizardry, I used the same image not seen on screen:
The photo strip is around 171 x 40 mm.
And some posters on the wall:
No writing on the Tom Cruise poster; there might be another variant, maybe from a magazine, or it was added by the production team.
And the cat on the door:
Because only Alamy have this image, which is copyrighted, I won't post the cleaned up image.

Thanks! It was a lucky accident. I was re-watching that episode yesterday and did a search for good photos of the pocket signal disk, and when I saw the wear and tear on that photo from WorthPoint...

I’ll be honest - I am not a fan of AI. I find it has mixed results and lacks the character of anything close to the originals. People look plasticky and text? Forget about it. This is why I typically don’t use it an opt for hand drawing or finding as good of sources as I can.
All that being said, these Nancy and Barb photos specifically came out fantastic! Really nice work! I’m definitely going to print these and add them to my collection.

I'm aware of the limitations of the AI programs, although Topaz photo AI has a text enhancement option, I do prefer to do it by hand or search for the correct font(s); but when I have to enhance a photo by upscaling it, with the right settings, it does a great job (especially not used the word perfect). The secret of a good enhancement is to use photos that have minimum to none manipulation from photo editing software (no blur or sharpening).

Very nice. I still have a license for it from when I tried it a long while ago. I’ve seen some other things from it that others have done across my network and it just didn’t look that great to me.
Maybe I should give it another try for some other things I’m working on!
