Currently there are not. Last I checked with Danny he said mid February they would be made and I believe I herd somewhere it will be an extra cost for them.

Last I heard, he's looking for a place that can cast them in metal. It will be extra, but those who have bought the jacket will get a discount per the OP.

From the opening post on page 1:

At this point I'm not including the metal front pieces, however, those are in production as well and obviously you'll get them at a very low price when buying the jacket, even if you buy them after. We're making them so you just add them or take them off in five seconds, making no further alteration to the jacket and so you don't have problems if you want to use them at the airport, since they will be metal. Price would be less than expected!

I haven't seen anything to contradict that, posted here so far.

I wanted to make sure you were aware that the loops for the wrist straps are supposed to the same cotton material as the various cloth straps around the pocket. They appear to be leather on your version (including the final product worn by Andrewshaddox).

I wanted to make sure you were aware that the loops for the wrist straps are supposed to the same cotton material as the various cloth straps around the pocket. They appear to be leather on your version (including the final product worn by @Andrewshaddox).

That may be the lighting. Saw the movie for the 9th time tonight, where there are very close up shots of the jacket, and the wrist straps are definitely leather.

He's taking about the loops that secure the wrist strap to the jacket, those are definitely webbing material.

The leather is a very specific leather so we're getting a little bit of a delay for some. I also got a partial run from the factory but a couple of details were off so I sent them back. I'll let you now as soon as I start shipping!
