Woohoo!!! How long does shipping take to reach the Los Angeles area, roughly?

Just wondering if I should start pestering the delivery people in the next day or two, or give it a week or so. ;)

Just received my jacket today and not only does it fit perfectly and look fantastic, but it has that new car smell too! :)

Danny knocked it out of the park on this one. So worth the wait. Very happy.

Got my jacket today! I'm still going over reference photos, but I think, preliminarily, it looks great! I need to put some serious weathering on it, but I'm really pleased at the first impression. :D

By the way, anyone have any tips on how best to weather this jacket? The main leather is a little lighter than the one on screen, and the suede loops are a LOT lighter. And of course the red bits need to be toned down quite a bit. Saddle soap, perhaps, then tie a knot in some rope and drag it behind my car for a few blocks? LOL

I, too, received my jacket today! I was a little nervous when I saw how "well" UPS took care of the packaging -- though I suppose the weathering would have been somewhat authentic -- but the jacket was unharmed and every bit as lovely as I was hoping. Seconded on that new leather smell as well! Just a pleasant bonus.

I noticed some slight improvements over the prototype, most notably the smaller "window" where the greeblie attaches. Very nice! All in all, I'm in love with the craftsmanship here. Now, let's hear more about these greeblies so I can really bring this jacket to life!

I meant to say something about the packing job as well. Ups was rough and the box got a bit mangled. It would have been better to pack the jacket itself in a plastic bag to keep it from getting dirty or wet. Just a thought. Mine made it without an issue, but it could have been a real problem.

Love the jacket and can't wait for those greeblies!

My box was pretty beat up, too, but fully intact. I didn't even think about possible issues with getting wet, I suppose that makes sense. No issues with mine, though. :D

Never had any problems with damaged jackets but thank you for letting me know! I'll start shipping them in a bag, better safe than sorry, right? We're also starting with the final run and the greeblies!
