Sonjou Amazing Spiderman Pattern

Im not sure who sews, but i set it as a 12 inch figure give or take a few CM.

bro thank you so much! my son is gonna love this! also helps my wife can sew!,lol woohoo!,lol will post pics wen done!

the others patterns are not nearly as hard as the new spider suit is. there are so many layers and designs.

I'm new here. I started my first project with the Spider-Man. I just finished my pattern. It was no easy task. But I'm not sure what material to use to print with. Any suggestions???

People tend to print them onto lycra spandex material (white).
And the printing method is dye-sublimation.

Yep what Carl said. There are plenty of places online to get it printed, you just need to shop around to find the right deal.

Thanks you guys. It's people like you is what makes this a great website. Sonjou, I have a few more questions. You seem like you know what your doing. The layout for the pattern, can you tell where everything goes??? I want to know if I got everything right.

I Have never had anything sewn before , I do have a picture of where things attach. I can post it later today.

Thanks. I noticed a few more things about the suit. Like for instance the boot area. From the shoe going up to the knee, it almost seems like it's made of a stronger material. Almost like a rubber? I guess so it won't tear apart.

Movies suits are definitely made different than a Dye sub suit. My dye sub is a faux 3d where as the movie suits actually are 3d. and are probably thicker in different areas.

You have truly blown my mind with your patterns. Can't wait to see where this goes, and the rest of your projects.

Did you end up making the gloves and boots detachable?

The mask is detachable , but not the gloves or boots. at least not for now.

bravo on your work man!!...are you giving these files to people in need?

Not at the moment I am getting the pattern Printed and once i know if my pattern works i will decide if I will sell the patterns, Or sell the Prints. Depends on funds and interest. More than likely I will set up as a freelance Commission's as in someone will commission me to create a particular suit in photoshop then they would take the file to be printed. but again thats after i know if my pattern works, or if i need to switch to the rami file.

Yea its a very ambitious trying to juggle so many projects especially in a short amount of time. Once I get one completed it will make everything else run faster.

Very impressive! I sent a PM, but I'm not sure if it went through. If I wanted to just buy the pattern to print it myself, how much would you charge?
Pm'ing is fine, if you want =)
Great work!!

Great work man! I think my favorite part of this site is seeing how different people tackle making a suit like this, no ones is ever exactly the same and they always look amazing. If you decide to sell any prints you may do, please keep me in mind (message or PM). Have a great one.
