That's a pretty cool lookin' pose. My only critique (actually, the blood bothers me too) is that the Wolfs skin pattern crept up onto his legs. They're not blank like they are on the diorama. Other than that, it looks pretty cool. They probably want $900 for it though.

I wonder if the production pieces will be as nicely painted? I'm sorry, I couldn't type that with a straight face.

well python i agree there about the dio being a bit "busy" and honestly i dont think ive ever seen such a dio with so much going on, plus it's all kinda unbalanced and not centered, but nonetheless, thanks for explaining, i can dig it man im completely ready to spend 300 on that as opposed to a cheaply made bio but thats just me bro. im just eager to see what the maskless head looks like even though, yes i know he didn't take it off in the sewer, but oh well he will in my house if i want him to im sure i could sit and think of a few reasons to not like it but thats just not my style.

Ok, youve got me there, i have all 3 I am in the process of fixing up the bio's so should have them looking fairly screen accurate soon, really shouldn't have to though for the ammount they cost! As for the dio, looking at it again, i think there was no need for the third alien... the one being impaled by the spear, just looks a little awkward to me. But again... each to their own, can't please us all at once

The colour of the bloods wrong, I hope they change that before production starts as it puts me off the dio.

yes! godda**it! they have been getting the alien blood wrong for a really long time now! some of mcfarlanes grid aliens got it right (but not all because i got two and they have different colored blood) alien blood should be that pukey tanish brownish green color and it makes me mad when the dios have aliens with predator blood! unless its a predalien, then i guess thats ok.... sheesh. we got terrible lives don't we, if this is all we have to complain about huh? some people dont have FOOD!!! i feel bad getting all bent over some inaccuracies or what have you, in a collectible. cause it could be worse some kids would have to rob their village of its life savings just to have one of these dios or toys we love to get just for something to look at. sorry, not trying to bring anyone down

The SS Exclusive "maskless" head sculpt has FINALLY been revealed.

Very cool...although I never display these without the masks.

Still my FAVORITE upcoming Sideshow piece.

The face sculpt is very nice but this piece hasn't grown on me any, still far too busy for my taste. I hope the chinese factorys can do a good job on the paintwork for those of you that get this one in, the P2 dio was a huge step down in quality from the P1 dio. Lets hope things are back on track...

i hope you're right about the back on track thing, my P2 dio is nothing like my P1, i can only pray they've made some adjustments at sideshow due to all the complaints... but the alternate head is awesome imo ill probably just switch em out every week or two thanks for the pics sabres!

Lovin' the way they did the water... awesome stuff. The fact that you can get him maskless is even more exciting! Not to mention the head sculpt is beautiful. I might actually get in on this piece sometime...

Got my Sideshow AVP:R Diorama today.

I can honestly say that this is my favorite dio from Sideshow.
This thing is amazing!

Dynamic sculpt, great paint work (for a pre-paint) and just damn fun to look at.

It's great from every angle. You just can't take a bad picture of this thing.

The exclusive "unmasked" Predator head is a great addition to this.
I haven't been impressed with the past attempts with the Predator and Predator 2 dios.
But this head sculpt is PERFECT. I prefer the Predator masked, but this is an extra option I'm happy to have.

I'm really holding out high hopes for a Predalien diorama from these guys now.

looks like the spear took a wrong turn when it was trying to come out the back of the aliens head, but other than that, it's ****** outstanding!! and i wish to god i hadn't been slackin on my sideshow account so i coulda jumped on this, i ****** around and lost my pre-order excellent addition to your already incredible collection buddy!!!!
