When they did sell them to me several years ago it was a whopping $3 for all 4. They make them there at the factory, but the point is, even if you have the jacket, they want you to send it to them so they can install them. They'll pay for postage, but they want you to send it to them.

What are the measurements of the rectangular black buckles? US Army padded suspenders have them. I have some spares...can measure and/or take pics.
