Pee Wee's Playhouse Scooter and Helmet

I started my helmet Yesterday with four coats of red sparkle glue. If I were to re-do this.. I would of went with sprat adhesive and fine glitter instead. Also I know that due to copyright material, most of these toys were repainted. So that they couldn't be identified or associated with company.
Which is why Oculus Orbus is green, and not the original blue. Same with the clown cake toppers. So looks like those Cowboy and the Indians were probably painted as well.

You could always rock the glitter spray paint

The clown cake toppers were a product made by Wilton.

They are apparently listed in the Wilton 1980 Year Book although I haven't seen it with my own eyes.
I just wrote to the person who posted it to find out if the product has a specific name.
For example, Wilton also makes clown cake toppers that are called "Derby Clowns" but those aren't the right ones. So having the specific name of the product may help narrow it down while searching on ebay, etc.

They are called "Comical Clowns" At least that's what their labeled as.
Size: Four 1 7/8 - 2 1/2 in.

I grabbed a bag on them from Ebay two months back

When you say "labeled" as, do you mean that's what is written on the packaging?

Since I had some time this morning to take a few pictures. Here are the four clowns, the bulldog sculpt and the helmet.

Just lacking a glossy finish.

Also Ive been thinking about the flying ducks. If the wings were added on separately. Then a quick alternative could be using those balancing bird toys. Another thing I noticed that the duck seems to be running. Sort of like the road runner, with one leg in front of the other.

Ive also come to the conclusion that inside of the mystery UFO light. Might work like on of those old police siren light or Kids souvenir flashlights.

Thanks! I'm excited to see it all together too. I just put in my Frankenstein Bolts this afternoon. Its already starting to look awesome!

Good stuff :)
At first glance, I thought you found the original bulldogs and I almost **** my pants out of pure excitement lol.
I can hardly wait to get started on mine.
Be sure to post the finished product. Can't wait to see it.

No sure.. I was really lucky, I just recently got the helmet from Kxazbug.
So I'm unsure of which brand it could be. But due to the fact there aren't any labels inside only he would know.

As for the bulldog sculpt, I'm trying to get a good mold of it.
That way I could make a few. same with the pig coin purse.

Its similar, but I think the original has more of a curvature towards the bottom. Very close. But I honestly think any helmet would probably do. Most of the front will be covered anyway. If you were considering a different route.

yeah that looks about right. Mine the curve aren't so dramatic or rough.
But Id say that's a good find, depending on price. Mine also had that snaps on the front as well. But after dremeling them down, nothing a layer of bondo could fix.

The price on this one is too steep for a helmet with no lining, but at least I know what this type of helmet is called and I can continue looking out for others that might show up on ebay.

I think I might have been able to I.D. the Cowboy

These toys were made by Tim Mee and Beton.
They are all approx. 3" tall or long.

looks 1960's

Also how long does that flying duck seem to be in length?
