Only questions I would ask though is how easy is it to paint? and how do you loose that transclucent feel to make it appear more like Foam latex.

I'd recommend somthing called dragon skin. It's a type of silicon rubber thats very soft - you can use an additive called slacker that will make it even softer and skin-like.
It's usually used for animatronic heads for the areas around the eyes and mouth where the most movement occurs.
I'd like a resin copy if you ever make copies though, Silicone doesn't rot but it does become brittle over time as the oils dry out.
I'd be very happy to give you any moulding advice if you need it - this is a very beautiful sculpt.
