Hmm, the documentation with it says "inspired by DC Studios: Superman." So, even though it's officially licensed, it may not be accurate to the movie rings. It wouldn't be the first time a company put out an officially licensed product that wasn't accurate.

I'm kinda relieved to hear that...wasn't a big fan of that design, especially the jewel in the middle.

I was put off by the GameStop & Hot Topic Rings because of how deformed it looks and the Green being so light… But THIS has sold me on the look. It’s very 2011 inspired.

Looks like I'm cancelling my preorder. Woof. They dropped the ball on it. Plus it's $60. The Hot Topic necklace ring is made by the same company: Salesone. It's small, but it's only $12 and will hold me over until something better comes along. Hopefully DC Direct.

The main thing turning me off about it is that it is plated brass again. Nearly 30 years have gone by and WB still has not learned the lesson about replica GL rings made out of cheap materials that green fingers.
