lol! I hate it when figures can't do a simple task like stand up...its not like we ask a lot of them...just stand there and look pretty. But oooohh nooooo! They gotta do a faceplant and possibly break some fragile part in the process!!!

I've only got one figure thats notorious for falling over...the Kobukiya (however you spell it) P2 thats crouching with his spear...that guy was very poorly designed...

I don't like the seam in the head either.

I know I'm gonna be in the minority here but I'll still say it: I've never understood the appeal of the "Stealth Mode" figures. To me.. they just end up looking like intricate Candles or Soap designs.


I know.. it's JUST me.

Well, I know if you dont mess witht the McF figures alot, then the articulation will stay "tight", but mess with them too much, and they become very loose. I have tried to keep the same pose on my PRED 2 McF figure since I opened it, and the articulation has stayed "stiff" for the most part, but the frikkin' shoulder pads, and disc holder has come off, and the blades wont stay extended unless the arm is posed a certain way.

As for the NECA figures... all I can say is they should have done a better job with them. I havent even opened the Hybrid, because I dont want to keep picking it up off the floor, or wherever it lands. The wolf is cool, but not what I expected.

I just got the unmasked closed mouth Wolf figure.I really like it,now I want to buy some of the McFarlene figs now.

I ordered two of the Unmasked version from Amazon.com. Opened one of them yesterday and I was fairly pleased with it. Today while inspecting the little skull necklace, it broke. (Since it's such a small string I can't re-glue it) The joints on the plasma caster seem pretty flimsy, and his wrist blade flops around a bit. The figure itself is nice, but overall my love for the figure has fallen since I got it.

As a side note, I haven't had any trouble with my Wolf falling over. He hasn't fallen once since I got him.

Hi everyone
my wife bought me the un masked version and i love it!!!!
I'm not an expert on toys,fiqures etc but i think the detail is great and they have captured the ugly features of the wolf just great.
I know this is a collectible but i have to refrain from playing with the thing, after reading about the joints working loose.
My two boys love it so they can have a hold, hell it gives us pleasure and great fun.
I used to collect fiqures comics but hey whats the use if you can't enjoy it.
Anyway heres some pics including batlle with an old aliens kit!

I live in Australia and I got two of the series one figures. the aliens are terrific and my Wolf (masked) is quite nice to look at, he seeems to have a different paint job than some of the other ones (his mask is dark gray) and he doesnt come with Whip, extra plasma cannon or hands but that slice in unmasked Wolf's forehead put me off.

6 inch scale, they're pretty much in scale with the McFarlane figures.

In regard to posing and loose joints on the McFarlane ones, my NECA Wolf falls over every couple of hours. In fact he fell down like an hour ago in the display case and he's still laying there. I should go stand him up so he can do the same thing in a couple hours.

I ordered 2 of them... Got one of them the other day... frikkin' cool. You the face hugger, and a Chestburster with them. SWE-E-E-T!

I want one, but the only selling point for me is the Facehugger and the Chestburster. Besides that, I like the stealth Wolf more. Maybe I'll get one if I can find one for cheaper.
