The one thing I'm always thinking about when I see this jacket being made is: is it gonna be sturdy and reasonably heavy? It looks quite thin as it is now.

Just curious, what garments have you found that have buttons that actually say SELEX on the back? All the jackets and such I've seen have Scovill Mfg. Co snaps.

I import them from Japan. Would you like the link? Guess is the only brand I've seen that used Selex but im sure others have.

All of the Marty Style jackets and vests used Selex.

Yes they said Selex on the back. I just dont have the vest with me right now. Magnoli Clothiers has it.

Yeah I was fortunate to find where to get them. The top brass parts aren't exactly the same but they do the job.
