Im conviced that the main body was cast as a solid resin piece and was screwed on to the leather band from underneath. The pnly thing that doesnt explain is how the square led's were affixed, unless there was a cavity carved out for them after casting.Ahhh, that rings a bell too. Anyway, the wrist comm was affixed to leather, does anyone know how the costumers affixed resin parts or vacuformed parts to cloth?
Is it possible to get one or two of your casts?Completely forgot to pull this the other night but here is the first casting! Looks pretty good with the exception of two small bubbles (nothing a little spot putty won't fix) but overall not bad for a first casting. Now to start cutting out the curves on the long sides for the wrist curvature View attachment 1377667
