Given all the positive comments, it reminded me how difficult this project would have been without the wealth of information found on this forum, especially the build thread from AP333.

Here are a few pictures of the setup I used to create the clear & black domes. As I mentioned, it took a few goes to find the right plastic and tune my method... but it still needs work.

WOW Really good, your very talented, i`m currently making one myself from bits found in charity shops and DIY store, will post some pictures of the process up to now, very frustrating at times lol.
