Made my variant of the Apple letter:


The letter is a standard LTR in size (278 x 216 mm); the envelope template is 222 x 359 mm, while fully closed is 235 x 104 mm. The full template can be printed on an A3 paper, the separated parts can be printed on an A4 or LTR paper.
