Darth Revan and Starkiller Lightsaber Reviews

FYI, you might want to consider thanking the person instead of getting bent out of shape because of an emoticon. People will be much less likely to help you in the future otherwise.

Anyway, welcome to the forum. :rolleyes

dont roll your eyes at me and act like this is all common knowledge and i shouldnt even dare to question you

i dont know you from the man on the moon so excuse me if i dont take your word at face value. ill read the links provided and make up my own mind thanks

but its the attitude i dont appreciate

the rolleyes emote implies that. was uncalled for

like i said ill read and make up my own mind. w/o info to back up a statement like he first made, its just an accusation

wow

just asked for more info so i had the whole story

didnt know it was such a big deal around here

exactly

like people who use rolleyes emotes just because i asked a simple question

Wow, you're welcome for the help. I'm sure glad you're so appreciative... please do not post in this thread again. :rolleyes

like i said over and over

appreciate the info. not the attitude

No attitude was present. As stated before, I was surprised that you hadn't heard of the seller - it's well documented amongst prop collectors that he's a bad guy: he steals people's money.

I don't really appreciate the personal attacks in my own thread, however, and, again, as stated above, please refrain from posting in my threads in the future.

So, back on topic...
Jm419, I haven't played any of the OR games or read any EU, is this stuff you have compiled or are you writing it from scratch to add a backstory to these characters?

Of course, I may have ruined those games now anyway... Do they make them for the Wii? :confused:eek:rolleyes

:lol

Whew. Thank you.

:lol

I compiled the information for both Darth Revan and Starkiller; Revan is the protagonist in Knights of the Old Republic, which was a release game for the original Xbox, and 2003 Game of the Year. Revan also has a fairly extensive backstory ingame, so that's why the post is so huge.

Starkiller is the protagonist for The Force Unleashed, which was released for the Wii, as well as the PS2, PS3, and Xbox 360. So, TFU is on the Wii, and KotOR isn't. Lol.

It's all in the game and books. Unfortunately I don't think the first KOTOR is on Wii but I think the 3rd will be

Yes, but you shouldn't buy from him. He's a real scam artist, and chances are he'll just take your money and run. I bought these second-hand, as I didn't want to risk having my money stolen. Try and find them from someone else who has him, but tatoosby5, or Machined_FX is a real crook.

Wow, I also had no idea. Can't speak to other people's experiences, but I've bought several of his sabers off the bay in the past, and all of them were delivered promptly and as described. Not likely to buy any more, though.

Ok, I added some weight to the Revan, and it feels much better in the hand. That saber is probably fully duelable, once all of the inner components have been properly secured.

I'm thinking about getting the emitter ring and pommel section of the Starkiller powdercoated and weathered to match the screen accurate version. What do people think?

'Screen accurate'? When was Marek ever onscreen? There's never been an actual production-made Starkiller saber, has there? If so it seems like you're pretty much free to do whatever you like with it.

He was onscreen at my house; it's kinda hard to interact with the Xbox without the TV monitor. :lol I mean, I want to modify the saber to how it looked in the game, but I'm not sure if it's worth it.

Why not?

You know how it should look - now you have to decide only if you prefer it brand new, or heavy used.

Go for what you like more.

Yeah, I suppose. I'll probably get it powdercoated; it's not supposed to be monochromatic.

Lol @ rkpetersen.
