Can't find Tony Stark's sunglasses from Iron Man 3

Speaking of the Fentons, I landed a nice £40 deal on some Kentons...

Kenton.jpg

A nice bold squarish frame with thicker arms, IMO equally as nice as the Fentons, the darker lenses being better suited for sunnier days...

I finally got my hands on the Cutler and Gross 1308 gold frame with mint green lenses with flash mirror.

I've wanted these for over 5 years so I'm feeling pretty happy. They looked amazing when I first saw them back in the day in the RDJ dancing clip and they're every bit as awesome in person. My wife even said they look really good lol

They look great on you brother!!

As if I haven't had enough good luck this week the Hugo Boss 1058s pjp08 were delivered this afternoon!!

This one is thanks to UV400 so thank you my friend.

These particular frames in this colourway have proved very illusive, another frame I liked as soon as I first saw it.

Not RDJ related but worth sharing nonetheless. These are Cazal 856 frames with an aqua green/ violet color scheme worn by 'Johnny Quid' played by Toby Kebbell from the iconic Guy Ritchie film 'RocknRolla'. My English counterparts would appreciate this lol

Awesome vintage retro frames man, nice find!!
I'm also a big fan of the asymmetrical 858 too...

Both frames just capture that 80's vibe!!

Welcome back to the thread dude. (y)

I'll start off by sharing the tony stark avengers endgame jacket by etro that I was able to track down.
Where were you able to find it? Thanks for posting pics of it. I had no idea that it was "pony hair" or hair on hide. Good to know.that sheen had me thinking theres no way its suede but everybody i talked to was telling me its suede. Ill have to find one in my size. Does the label indicate whether its cow, goat, or calf?

It's cowhide and the way etro makes a lot of their things is in the European cut so they tend to run a little small

A buddy of mine is big into NASCAR and I'm slowly getting him into this addiction. He sent me this and I need some help IDing these. I'm sure the designs on the arm are custom but I'm coming up with zero on the frame. Any ideas, family?

These were a bit tricky...

So I think the brand is "M-Experiment" "M-Team".

They are a new brand by Oakley and RED founder Jim Jannard and his son Jamin.

Here is their logo...
20250707_091636.jpg

This cut out "M" logo is just visible on the arm in amongst the "stars" design...

20250707_082113.jpg

So I think the model is "Pleasure", but the stars and stripes colourway design may be a prototype or limited edition, as I can't find it as yet.

Here is the M-Team "Pleasure" frame...

Hope this helps you and your buddy (y)

Yeah, a bit more digging around and found this...;)

20250707_093951.jpg

So he does endorse, wear (or favour) the "Pleasure" frame after all!!

Just found another image and here he is again, but in the matte black/gold plasmachromatic polarised "Pleasure" frame...

That "M" logo had me beat for a while!! Lol

Here's another "stars & stripes" colourway variant not currently available on the website...

These have the obsidian lenses...

And the mystery Pleasure colourway have the glacier lenses...

It would have been rather fitting if these were both released on their website on the 4th of July.

Thanks so much!!! I wonder if the USA ones are old, custom, or unreleased.

You're more than welcome.

I have just asked that very question about both of the USA frames to M-Experiment support, with 2 pictures attached, so hopefully they'll get back soon with a definitive answer.

In more RDJ frame news, I came across these 3 images a while back...

20250627_125045.jpg
20250627_125017.jpg
20250627_125027.jpg

It's hard to be 100% sure with the quality of the 3 images, but these black/dark grey frames with lighter grey areas look to me to be Salvatore Ferragamo SF639S in the black/grey striped 003 (57□16 135) with dark gradient grey lenses...

20250707_115932.jpg

The images do (only just) show the silver signature Ferragamo hinges and the script logo, which is only present on the left arm. Thankfully, the images show both arms for confirmation that they are at least Ferragamo frames...
20250707_142453.jpg 20250707_142510.jpg

The rounded curve of the lenses in the top corners of the frame and the curvature on the lower lighter sections of the frame itself seem to match...
20250707_131544.jpg

The lightest areas of the grey marble sections of the frame are also clearly visible...

20250707_140819.jpg

I can't seem to find any more than the 3 images for better confirmation, nor can I establish a date when the images were even taken, but I'll hazard a guess due to when he also wore these hi-tops...
20250707_142810.jpg
...as circa 2013, which is also when the brown Ferragamo SF634S (from p.207 & p.208) made an appearance in Paris.

I spotted a great deal on a $30 pair...
20250625_095821.jpg
...and bought them to tuck away as highly viable contenders in anticipation of more images emerging. Hopefully, he may wear these SF frames again at some point in the future when he dons grey in his outfits.
