Can't find Tony Stark's sunglasses from Iron Man 3

Well being terminally online finally paid off for me, just picked these guys up on Facebook marketplace for a cool $25 AUD. I’m stoked to finally have a pair of Von Zipper Fultons in my collection and even more for a steal of a price

meanwhile, man of the hour just won a
golden globe last night, and to celebrate and to make us wallets thinner, he wore two glasses (at least for what I saw until now): one pair to read his speech and another one for the red carpet.

I’m sure uv400 already id those even before he decided which pair to wear, but here’s them anyway

Golden Globe frames in lower picture are Caddis Eye Appliances "Bandit" in matte gunmetal/matte black (52□21 147)... ;)

Okay, so the Golden Globe frames in the first pic...I think these are D.L. Eyewear "Highland" in black (Sun) or I'm leaning towards the tobacco (optical) with custom light pink lenses (47□23 144)...;)

Although the majority of the images seem to show the frame as black, the second pic below when lightened, really seems to show the frame as tobacco (optical) above the right eye...

Images together to show the frame shape match...

I managed to find this pic of the frames from the side...

...And you can just make out the "D.L." on the temple tip...

The Highland frame comes in at $150 for sunglasses and $140 for the optical version (frame only).

Does your dita 006 come with a guarantee card?

My Dita 006 bought new from Pretavoir just came with the box, leather case, sealed cloth and booklet...no guarantee card!
20240108_113355.jpg

Actually, while on the 006 subject, I had to go custom to house my 3 pair...
20240108_113336.jpg

Also, after seeing the new lenses in Schlegel's Dita Flight 006 (previous page p.350), I decided to put some custom light blue/grey lenses in one of my other spare pairs of 006, that still had the stock blue mirror lenses in them...

The custom light blue/grey lenses came from these $4 AliExpress donors...

The custom lenses in my 2nd pair of 006 7806A are too blue for the look of the Stark Infinity War 006 and are more like the Spiderman FFH pair...

Thank you, UV400! The 006 I bought in Japan came with a card, but the 006 I bought in America with the blue etched lens had the same specifications as yours. Tanya says that Infinity War and Spider-Man have the same colored lenses. It's probably a change due to filters or contrast. I will prepare images to compare the early and late stages of Tanya, Dita, and Jason.

Thanks Sake :)

Apologies, I meant my 006 pair with blue lenses are closer to the S:FFH after the blue effect was added in post-production, when they briefly light up...
20240108_123702.jpg20240108_124231.jpg

You are correct, Tanya made the IF and FFH lenses the same...
20240108_124149.jpg 20240108_124616.jpg

IMO, on screen, they look more of a very light grey/blue than just very light blue.
The light grey seems a lot more prominent and the blue takes a back seat.

Tanya's lenses in normal/everyday lighting, which IMO are predominantly very light blue, with the light grey slightly in there too somewhere, but very much taking a back seat...

Most movies add some sort of subtle tints/lighting effects in post-production which change how the colours actually look in everyday light.

006 was sold exclusively in Asia with a light gray transition lens with a serial number. Japan and Asia don't know Tanya's blue color, so they want the Infinity War lenses to be light gray.

I think while maybe a tad darker, my lenses look a lot like Tanya's on a white background. They seem pretty blueish then, but on face don't seem so very blue. I think the very blue looking shots are due to movie magic as well, it's just one of those occasions where you have to pick if you want reality or on-screen "look". TBH, I am torn between making my back-up 006 frame (because of course I have one) blue blue or just going totally different with perhaps a 30 to 40% violet tint.
