Yes but I must credit Nexus7 on prop summit for the original scan which he let me stitch together.

Any edition will work so long as it measures 2cm x 13.7cm x 22.2cm.

not heard that, but would be cool for collectors. some online bookstores ask for 1000-2000$ for a used copy........thats crazy

I have literally just received mine through the door whilst reading this.
