i wonder if it could be areas where there was a release agent not fully cleaned off before painting.. it kind of looks like runoff from something like that.

When I have one in hand, I'll be able to comment further, but it looks at least pretty close for a starting point.
It ain’t no RS but for the Price and being a toy it’s pretty damn cool. Probably hasbros best yet. To me it’s RS or nothing but that’s me.

i havent seen one well enough to judge. and sometimes photos or video is warped a bit.. so i would need to be in person to tell.
