Please have your staff update the delivery time period for the individual TIE Pilot and Snowtrooper pages if Spring 2016 is the new estimate.

I have heard that they have turned down several vendors' products in the past to be worn/used by their members.
I'm not a member and unlikely ever will be, but I was curious.

Hey Got Maul no word at all on the Bespin holster, would You please be so kind updating us on that too?? The beautiful costume would be useless without that not to take in count that I have a full Luke Skywalker Hoth/ESB X-wing outfit ready without the holster would be useless as well!

I wish the Luke Bespin was getting some extra love as well considering it was their first SW offering ever and the initial PO date was May 4, 2014. It will have taken almost a year and a half to release.

Congrats to those getting the Bespin Han ensemble and holster rig, the bonuses are definitely nice.

Don't worry, we didn't forget. We're just trying to think of something extra special !

So the Tie Helmets that were suppose to be done this summer are now going to be a year later??

This one was a hard stop by the official approvals process. To be honest, there was a problem that ended up changing the master molds.

The photos were very much appreciated in the update. Thank you guys! That Han holster rig does look very nice indeed.

Not going to lie. I am massively disappointed in this news. Was hoping and praying they had made better progress on the Snow troopers for a late October release/delivery like originally estimated. -Sigh-

You may be disappointed and I can see what...but, just to let you know, today, I just signed off on some THE NICEST antique wool I have ever seen...and bit the bullet with how insanely expensive it was to get that frock coat nicer than anyone has ever seen since the original graced the set during filming.This stuff is a MATCH and we had to go to the UK to get it. It is so nice, I have requested one copy to go into my closet, simply because its so beautiful.

My only question is if it will be available in kit form. I hope we have the answer before the tier one pricing has passed. Certainly don't want to miss out on this one!

Edit: I can't help but notice this is missing a LOT of detail, and it looks like quite a few edges are just rounded over. I'm definitely not looking to pay $800 to get an accurate one either. They'll have to rework a lot of this helmet or offer it in kit form so I can rework it myself..

Its not missing a lot of detail, the darn photos were too warm on the photoshoot. In other words, it bleached out a lot of the lines and details. We are reshooting the helmet, my apologies for the oversight on our part. As far as the kit form, this version will not. The one for pre-sale is injected plastic, while the 501st exclusives are fiberglass.

I've ordered the Snowtrooper helmet (I can't afford the whole suit). I'll be one who is getting the suit in pieces when finances allow (thank you for that offer, by the way). I would LOVE a frock coat though! Any idea when/if that will be available for us piecemealers? & will it be the same antique wool fabric?

You're absolutely correct, I cranked up the contrast and I see some lines popping up where they should be. Photographing gloss white objects sure is a task.

Bummed we won't be getting kits.. I planned to stray a little from the plain white bucket.

Seems like you should offer exclusives to your existing customers first and to specialty groups second.

That's not what he said. The one on sale right now is the standard version. The premier version, which has only been provided so far to 501st members, will come eventually. Just give them time.

The 501st exclusive sale has provided them with plenty of feedback to make a better product for you. When you get access to the TFA armor, you'll get a much better product then they did and they paid a BIG price for those kits let me tell you!

All I know is what is written here. 501st exclusive. Might be a mistype on his part.

Could have meant exclusive in the vane of they won't make 'that' version again. They'll use the same mats, but tweak the design to make it better for all involved. So, version 0.9 is 'exclusive' to them, but 1.0 will be available to all.

I figured he just meant the fiberglass helmets the 501st wore during Celebration Anaheim. The helmets being offered right now are different from those exclusives.
