ANOVOS issues (ANOVOS ONLY discussion)

Some helmets such as the TIE and AT-AT Pilots are described as "standard line" - does this mean there will be a "premier line" of helmets that will be more accurate, better materials etc (and no doubt more expensive)

I'm interested in one or two things but its all abit vague and I want to see finalized product images before I pull the trigger.

Oh, this is a great question. I would most definitely be interested in a "Premier Line" of helmets.
& a Sandie helmet coming?! Just kill me now. Please make the brow line a high arch. I like the low brows, it looks angry, but there's a billion of them out there. The brow lines in the movies were wonky & all over the place. I'd get more Stormtrooper lids if the brow lines were different.

You might be able to modify the brow on the helmet yourself

I've been very tempted to try it with my MR CE. Either that, or I'll see about finding a eFX PCR, & having a go at that. Is it difficult? Have you done it?
By the way, your collection is Awe inspiring. & your knowledge of Stormtrooper info, all Star Wars helmet info really, is incredible.

I have done it on my TE2 Sandtrooper and SDS Hero, was quite easy. Didn't try on my MR CE, to be honest not sure if it can be done the same way as the other 2 helmets, as I'm not at home to look at it. If Anovos is made the same way as classic Stormies made by RS, TE/TE2 etc. then it is quite easy to adjust the height of the brow trim as long as you are not afraid to cut off a bit of the helmet cap :)

If I could possibly ask. Any tentative info on an epvii Flametrooper? Is it going to be made? Any timeframe? And will it be scanned from a screen used setup like everything else?

I'm sure they can say if it'll be made (and I'm sure it will be), but they won't be able to show anything until the 4th.

Kylo, just like all our costume accessories, will be broken out and purchased separately from the rest of the outfit. Just in case you were wondering, we are having to have that special fabric woven and post treated to mirror the finish of the original. The same is true for the EpVII TFA Stormies. As for actual release dates, you'll just have to wait and see :)
FORCE FRIDAY!!! =D

Perfect marketing opportunity to release pre order info !!!

Yeah...GotMaul, do you think it would be a good idea for us to not go crazy at the "midnight madness" event and maybe save a bit of money for later on in the day?

I'm REALLY excited for the sandtrooper. Any hints on a price point for this? Will there be an option to do the assembly ourselves like the TK kit?

I've a question, if I recall when these are sent out to overseas buyers they would be shipped in three boxes. How are these going to be marked up, if each of these are marked with the cost of the item I could end up paying three lots of duty where actually I should only pay the once, also three lots of handling fees.

Jose, any hope for seeing the production gunbelts before they're all packed up? And what's the shipping projection on them? You mentioned that the Vader helmet will be the first thing to go out for costumers - did that mean "first of the Vader pieces" or "first of the Star Wars pieces?" Psyched to see a production run helmet, too!

This is awesome news.:D I missed out on the last offer:facepalm What will the differences be on the Sand Trooper?

Yup ! You can actually buy the helmet kit now. If I were you though, I would wait until we offer the Sand trooper which is in a few weeks. Same kit, but we will knock pricing down again to celebrate the Sand Trooper sale.

Please. please tell me the Sandtroopper is clean??? I missed the low price Stormy so this way I could have both in one and just switch out and in the extra Sandtrooper gear????

I see no reason why it would be weathered. Weathering is a personal thing. And having a copy pasted sandtrooper wouldn't bode well.

LOL- that's up to you. I will tell you, for myself, I plan on going NUTZ for the Hasbro toys and everything else. There's no stopping this train.

You will find that the pricing should reflect Tier2 pricing of old. The only thing we are adding is the sniper plate and the choice of pouldron. The Sandy backpack completed and Kit will follow a little after, but we have some really cool design plans for that ! The nice thing about Sandy, classic TK, and Shadow is that they all use the same molds and are just variants of each of other. That's why we are pushing out all these variations now, to re-capture some margin off these kits after LOSING OUR MINDS on the first mega deal with the TK kits that everyone bought .

We are trying to minimize the cost by condensing to no more than two boxes. As it stands, its going to be a box for the helmet, and the rest for the kit around, and don't quote me on this, a 13" cube a 18x18x35ish box. Secondly, we have attained our VAT number so this will at least save you some money because the EU

That would be the vader helmets. As for the pic of the gunbelts, let me see what I can do. I typically shy away from showing pics of the final product for fear of ruining the unboxing experience for others.
