If this is the case are you actually accepting orders now in anticipation of receiving the registration or is the pre-order for the Stormtrooper currently an exception?
Indeed it would.
International shipping charges coupled with those pesky import taxes can amount to incredible costs.
Perhaps this is something Anovos is already looking into. If not, they will consider doing so.

Edit***Ahhh, randomly took a stab at "Maythe4th" and it did nothing. Forgot about it, tried adding a different product, and THEN it kicked in. Guess it was a bit much to hope that the 15% would apply to the already insane price on the kit

I'm almost afraid to ask but what is the ANOVOS Stance on builders like myself especially on the kylo ren front haha should we all expect to burn in the hellfire of litigation. ? or will we be allowed to continue making things as this community always has. I kinda feel there hasn't been the right place to ask this question but you seem forthcoming and i know myself and many many other builders are interested on the stance here.

I can't answer that on behalf of Disney legal. All I know is infringement is infringement . It doesn't matter if their is a current licensee or not, the image and property doesn't belong to you and those who make a profit off it , are ripping off Disney and misrepresenting the brand through an unlicensed goods. Whether you are making one dollar or $10,000 dollars off of a name brand that isn't yours, there is no legal ground to stand on as the lawyers move to bankrupt you, your family and your life through litigation or settlement.
You do what you do at your own risk and accept all consequences as a result. That's all that I really have to say about that.

Came across something, not sure. Enjoyed the interview ones where company people discussed work & process.
Would like to see some official channel that collects all these news bits and even showcase each product.
Kinda commercial, but still informative. Guys have a lot of product being released right now.
Maybe even collaberate w/Jez at StarWarsHelmets.com to get the vids out.
His were always pretty well done.

We totally get it. I have my international warehouses set up in the UK and Germany ready to go. The VAT folks just keep scrutinizing us for all kinds of docs, and for good measure, I suppose. Make no mistake about it all, we are working as quickly on this as possible.

Big update coming along for the Bespin stuff. I am still very very very apologetic for the delay this has taken but I promise the final product will blow your socks off.
I think we are talking about the same person. I never forgot that and it shook all our foundations. It is what eventually pushed us to doing this legitimately.

Along with the Stormtrooper material change from abs to pvc, the Snowtrooper listing now shows pvc.
The AtAt Driver still shows abs.
Not a big deal, but wonder about the change.
Here's to hoping the next sets of helmets (waiting on the Gunner, then Scout) come out after the new year.
