The real question is, does ANOVOS have enough physical inventory left to actually allow ANOVOSRESKINNED to fulfill orders?
I seem to recall ANOVOSORIGINAL lying repeatedly about having finished product in hand, ready to ship. Then it would magically vanish into the ether, or be shacked up in a shipping crate back in China, or it would be stuck in manufacturing despite the claims it was in stock and ready to ship. Sadly there was so much confusion and outright lies perpetuated by the former company that even if this new one is completely on the level, ANOVOS2ELECTRICBOOGALOO has a lot of ground to cover if it's going to instill any trust with their customers. And if Dana or Joe are involved in any capacity other than cutting large checks for refunds then I wouldn't trust anything being claimed.
So I still say until customers start getting their product, communication is only as good as them delivering on their word.
For ANOVOS2 they weren't awarded the Star Wars license by Disney so much as they inherited the burden of proof to their customers that ANOVOS1 could actually follow through. It's not fair but they willingly took on the job so if they get some flak until they prove themselves, so be it. Any sign of excuse for delays or mismanagement on their part and that's on them, not the customers.

Good points Psab keel . I'm just wondering why this new company elected to use the beginning of September to say they will ship out outstanding orders and fulfill new ones. Its such a close date, that if they don't deliver as promised, even by a week, people will just think that it is Anovos all over again.
Will the product be substandard? So many questions, but at least we won't have to wait too long to see if the initial promises will be honored.

I do not know where you are getting that from.
I hope I was wrong to despair. I really do. Given the circumstances this new company has a lot to prove and finds themselves in an unenviable position, but they willing took on the challenge, so it's up to them to deliver. I don't think it wise for anyone to give them an inch until they do.
I will be sincerely thrilled if I'm wrong and this whole mess gets sorted.

This must have been in the works for months. Perhaps the shipments from China finally came in, after Anovos was starting to collapse under the amount of lawsuits and bad press. At least we don't have to wait for long to find out if this new company lives up to its hype.

I think a member mentioned that he received an email from DN stating that they don't have the ST license, but are working on it.

I'd imagine a transfer of ownership would be quicker than getting a new one. Perhaps it's a matter of fulfilling orders and then amending the deal to adjust for new product being produced under the new banner. I get the impression that for now it's just a matter of clean up rather than building the brand up.

I had an email stating they were trying to obtain the trek licence because my order was for trek merchandise.

There is a vender on Ebay you may or may not have seen he is still selling Rey and storm trooper Helmets he must have sold 50-100 over the last few months . He sold me a few other items from Anovos really cheap . I think they were dumping what they had to some venders out the back on the way out . He had a TON of stormtrooper helmets and other stuff so cheap there was no way he paid wholesale price . He seem to have a never ending supply when I asked for certain items poof he had them . I google earthed his shop a while back . This all really hit home when they ended the Grift and ran . He has a massive scratch and dent inventory from Anovos. Way to large not to have had some involvement from them .
Who is the vendor ?
I have to look it up should not be a problem . I wonder if they were located in San Diego ?
I can’t say for sure but if you want my opinion there is no way he could have had access to this much . Especially the scratch and dent helmets that is what struck me as odd . I really was never going to buy anything from anovos till I hooked up with him . I have a
room full now . He had all the complete armor and the nicer A grade stormtrooper Helmets both colors with the padded liners that he was selling for like 50 - 100 . Just another piece of the Grift
I have a Star Trek order pending from early this year through Anovos. Just found out about the changeover/new company. Sigh.. although my previous orders through Anovos were all successful, this one hurts. My Credit Card company won't allow me to dispute due to the age of the charge.

A couple of members over on Rebelscum have reported receiving items from Denuo Novo as part of the Anovos make good efforts. One user received the Royal Guard helmet and the other a Mandalorian helmet. It appears the helmets are made in USA and the protective bag the helmet is packed in is made in China.
