Hey Ken, have you posted up just the brick pattern that you used?
Hey all! Amazing thread and work here! I always wanted to make a spider-man suit, and now, with your perfect work, Kenlandrum, I think I might finally succeed it! I've read the guide and most of the thread, but I still have a couple of questions: is the pattern on fabric on demand the latest version? And if I want the mask separated from the rest of body, instead of printing the full pattern and the mask, can't I just cut it out from the full pattern? And can't I cut the the suit in two parts, separating it into pants and shirt? I'm sorry for the questions, but I have zero training in sewing and I wanted to know everything before I buy it. Thanks![]()
if you just take his pattern and cut it without adding seam allowances ... it will not work...also for a detachable mask to work you have to make the neck on the suit more like a turtle neck...any other questions if i can answer them i will..
also in the first post he has the mask where you can do it by itself...
I'm not sure about cutting the suit into two parts, but I've separated the mask from Ken's pattern. The separated mask provided isn't quite as dark as I'm looking for personally, which is why I used Ken's pattern to make another.
