Okay. 1.75 inches wide. I’m using .125 so when I add the top and bottom, it will be 2”. 16 7/8 long. 6mm at the back and 2mm between the Chevy and Pontoon. Thoughts?

When I made my "mock-up" version, I was only thinking about the one key surface area, the sidewall itself. When you actually build it, you have to think about the full "wrap-around" effect of the various chassis rails that go above and below, and how they sit on the upper and lower edge "lip" of this structure. All that is to say is that you shouldn't glue anything down yet until you have these chassis rails affixed, and from that point, sequentially, you'll be able to more perfectly "center" the 57 Chevy and Pontoon Bridge pieces without having them sitting "too high" or "too low" in the overall siderail. My first one was sitting noticeably low and looked wrong even though it had the right parts.

The numbers are not too different from what I am seeing with my workings. I like it!
I looked at those but they don’t seem raised enough. I’ll do a comparison shot later.

Looks like that the grey piece make part of the red part...
I thought so at first too, but there's nothing on the Hurricane bottom that matches.

Isn't that just the cut-off leftover of the Stug piece?

I dunno. The piece looks smooth to me and too small to be the Stug. I'm seeing this shape.
Maybe you're right -- can you "zoom out" and show the surrounding area better?
