Okay. 1.75 inches wide. I’m using .125 so when I add the top and bottom, it will be 2”. 16 7/8 long. 6mm at the back and 2mm between the Chevy and Pontoon. Thoughts?

Like it. Looks good. Hips and greeblies don't lie.

When I made my "mock-up" version, I was only thinking about the one key surface area, the sidewall itself. When you actually build it, you have to think about the full "wrap-around" effect of the various chassis rails that go above and below, and how they sit on the upper and lower edge "lip" of this structure. All that is to say is that you shouldn't glue anything down yet until you have these chassis rails affixed, and from that point, sequentially, you'll be able to more perfectly "center" the 57 Chevy and Pontoon Bridge pieces without having them sitting "too high" or "too low" in the overall siderail. My first one was sitting noticeably low and looked wrong even though it had the right parts.

The numbers are not too different from what I am seeing with my workings. I like it!
